The Rose Linn community proudly offers a continuum of care. As your loved one’s needs change, we are here to support them. Rose Linn Vintage Place offers memory care and residential care services. Rose Linn Care Center offers extended and skilled (24-hour) nursing care. In both settings, residents feel at home. Our staff believe that caring for your loved one requires not just an understanding of symptoms, but an understanding of people. The Rose Linn campus is conveniently located just ½ mile off of I-205 in beautiful West Linn.
We Make Life Enrichment a Priority
Expect to be seen and heard. As soon as a new resident moves into Rose Linn, Sierra sits down with each individual to better get to know them. By gaining an understanding of each person’s history, interests and hobbies, we can build activities to suit their taste! What’s more, each resident offers our community their own unique individuality. Sharing stories, playing games, celebrating holidays and preparing recipes are just a few of the ways we connect each day. We also like to hit the town! Our activities bus (aka The Adventure Mobile) provides endless opportunities to explore. A favorite day trip includes a trip to the Oregon Museum of Science & Industry. On other day trips, we have admired Willamette Falls and the surrounding farmland. Our activity calendar is always full of intentional outings and projects for everyone to enjoy!
