Trick or Treats & Pumpkin Carving Contest

Please join Historic Willamette and gather up your Halloween trick-or-treating fans. dress up, and wander the streets on Willamette Drive in downtown West Linn. All Willamette businesses will be open 3pm to 6pm for trick or treating. Local businesses will also be doing a pumpkin carving contest. Come judge 3-6pm as well.
